About the Role:
- Focus on quality assurance across Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect implementations.
- Design and execute test strategies, validate functionality, and support automated testing.
- Partner closely with business analysts, developers, architects, and project teams.
What You Do:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans across Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop automated testing frameworks using Copado and related tools.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of Salesforce QA experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and security models.
