Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, smoke, and release validation testing across Salesforce environments.
Validate Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party applications, ensuring reliable data exchange.

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce QA, with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Mandatory experience with Agentforce, including AI agent testing and prompt validation.
Familiarity with API testing tools and defect tracking in Jira; ACCELQ or Selenium preferred.
