Own Salesforce architecture and process design across the GTM funnel, acting as the systems SME.
Partner with GTM, R&D, and IT to govern multi-instance Salesforce and support quote-to-cash build.
Contribute to AI-driven builds such as automated call coaching and deal scoring.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of business analysis and 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
Deep understanding of GTM processes and hands-on Salesforce depth with Flow, Data Loader.
Experience with end-to-end system implementations and Agile methodology.

AI Fluency & Tooling:

Use AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex in your workflow.
Structure systems and data for AI interpretation and help build AI-native GTM capability.
Navigate AI limitations with validation and testing to protect data integrity.
