Job Summary:
- You will optimize and expand the Salesforce ecosystem by designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions.
- Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities within Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce to deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design and build sophisticated Visualforce pages, custom controllers, and Lightning components using Apex.
- Lead the development of complex integrations across the Salesforce platform, including AI/ML services and third-party automation platforms.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality and governance for AI models, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce APIs, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein tools (Prediction Builder, Discovery, Bots) or Agentforce is strongly preferred.
