Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with KIPP's enterprise technology strategy, translating business requirements into durable technical architectures.
  • Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, including org strategy, sandbox management, security model, data architecture, and release management.
  • Serve as the hands-on architect and principal developer, leading engineering standards and providing technical oversight to external contractors.

  • Problem-Solving: Addresses root causes of complex Salesforce, integration, data, and production issues; anticipates downstream risks.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of enterprise technology experience, with 3+ years specifically in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role.
  • Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations using event-driven architecture patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven workflow automation.
