Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with KIPP's enterprise technology strategy, translating business requirements into durable technical architectures.
Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, including org strategy, sandbox management, security model, data architecture, and release management.
Serve as the hands-on architect and principal developer, leading engineering standards and providing technical oversight to external contractors.

Qualifications:

8+ years of enterprise technology experience, with 3+ years specifically in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role.
Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations using event-driven architecture patterns.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven workflow automation.
