Staff Platform Engineer

About You:

• You're a Staff-level backend engineer with experience at fast-scaling startups, taking products from zero to one with high ownership.
• You design backend systems other teams build on, own service boundaries, and make technical decisions under trade-offs.
• You have AI-native development habits, directing tools like Claude Code or Cursor, and you've built event-driven systems under production load.
