Job Description
As People Experience Apprentice at Didask, you’ll be a versatile contributor supporting various aspects of our business operations as we grow from 65 to 100+ employees. Your mission: handle diverse operational tasks across people, admin, and business functions while discovering the EdTech industry and how scale-ups operate. This role offers broad exposure across our organization with real ownership and learning opportunities. You will support recruitment activities, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and organize team events. You will also handle administrative tasks across Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams and track employee equipment and tool access. Furthermore, you will coordinate external service providers and support cross-functional initiatives as we scale the organization. You will be supported by our People and Admin teams and will discover how a growing scale-up operates, from our research-backed learning science approach to our transparent business culture, while building broad business skills that will serve you throughout your career.
