Job Description
The UX Researcher will drive research activities, deriving insights, generating concepts and working with developers and product managers to build and test these concepts. Conduct user research, analysis & synthesis, persona development, interaction design, and usability testing to create products that align to overall business needs. You will work across multiple projects collaborating with designers, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to show the value behind research, what it can do, and why it’s important. They will also develop test plans, conduct research, synthesize findings, make workshop agendas, and create actionable outputs.
