Head of Data

Responsibilities:

• Define the roadmap for analytics, machine learning, and data platform evolution aligned with company goals.
• Design and implement a canonical entity model and property graph to connect data across operational systems.
• Establish best practices for data quality, lineage, and governance across the data infrastructure.

Technical Execution:

• Contribute directly to data modeling, analytics, and machine learning development using SQL and Python.
• Oversee data platform architecture, including data warehouses and pipelines with tools like BigQuery and Databricks.
• Prototype predictive models and AI-enabled features in collaboration with the Product team.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data science, engineering, or analytics with a strong background in data architecture.
• Proficiency in modern data platforms and experience building data pipelines and transformation workflows.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor in a fast-moving startup environment.
