Sr. Technology Consultant

Role and Impact:

• Serve as the technical expert on the ServiceNow platform, advising customers on configuration best practices versus customizations.
• Lead continuous improvement practices for delivery materials and support sales activities as needed.
• Mentor team members and partner resources, providing ad-hoc training for customer system administrators.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a customer service environment, providing thought leadership on Field Service solutions.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, CSS, LDAP, SSO) and SaaS platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range of $148,900 - $260,600 per year, plus equity and variable incentive compensation.
