Job Description
Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across Support, Ops, Product, and Sales teams. Build AI-powered tools and integrations using LLMs and APIs — from quick prototypes to internal tools in production. Work with a variety of data types — text (80%), and occasionally audio, video, or image content (20%) — depending on use cases. Act as an internal AI consultant, guiding teams on what’s possible and where to start. Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools where relevant. Create and share internal AI best practices, documentation, and team trainings. Stay current on LLMs, NLP, and automation trends, and bring in what’s useful. Partner with leadership to help shape our AI roadmap, with a strong focus on near-term impact.
