Provide a seamless, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience from application through offer. Maintain proactive candidate pools for recurring roles. Drive onboarding processes so new hires feel welcomed, informed, and ready to contribute. Coordinate and execute recurring team‑building activities. Support internal communications that promote well‑being, clarity, and connection across teams. Manage the timekeeping system to support workforce efficiency initiatives. Support policy compliance and HR handbook updates.
