Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across time zones to manage resources and accommodate Sales Engineering Requests. You will provide technical expertise to the sales team, identify enhancements, and provide consultative support, becoming a key evangelist for the product. Perform Technical Discoveries with Partners and Customers and deliver feedback to Product Management. You will stay up-to-date with Product knowledge and accelerate opportunities by providing solutions. You will help sell solutions through software demonstrations. You must be able to deliver custom product demonstrations that focus on the customer's key business drivers. This position requires you to support the sales effort by contributing to answering RFPs. You will also collaborate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, implementation, and product development and architect solutions which address client and partner needs through the implementation of our payment gateway and acquiring services, You will articulate technical best practices, partner with the sales team to acquire new clients, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. This position requires you to engage with internal teams, lead product training sessions, and participate as a subject matter expert at industry events. Ongoing participation in sales and technical process improvement initiatives is expected.
