Product Owner, AI & Agentforce Delivery

Manage overall delivery of targeted Agentforce delivery projects, acting as product owner to oversee and shape the overall solution and project manager to manage day to day work and customer relationships. Act as a “thought leader” for our customers, guiding the customer and NeuraFlash team in the definition of use cases and business outcomes. Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery by reviewing the SOW and any partner-funding POs, defining project roles and responsibilities for kick off, and facilitating kick off and client onboarding. The candidate will plan, monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects. Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong customer relationships. Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Manage NeuraFlash project team members in the delivery of the solution and readout documented and measured outcomes for live solutions prior to project closeout. Actively drive and participate in Agentforce Division internal initiatives to foster innovation and efficiencies through development of reusable assets and solutions.
