About the role:
- Own measurement and experimentation for how customers activate and stay.
- Work with CRM, growth, and product teams on initiatives across the lifecycle.
- Define metrics, experiment designs, and model solutions using SQL, Python, and Git-based workflows.
What you'll do:
- Design and analyze experiments end to end, including hypothesis, guardrails, power, and stopping rules.
- Use causal inference methods like diff-in-diff, matching, and synthetic control when A/B tests aren't clean.
- Build simple, useful models for segmentation, propensity, churn, and dormancy, and automate recurring dashboards and data pipelines.
What you bring:
- Strong SQL, Python, and statistics skills, plus BI experience in Power BI/Tableau.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, reframe requests, and land recommendations with non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity and ownership to drive your own hypotheses and improvements.
