The Solutions Engineering team facilitates technical integrations with Omada’s customers and partners, supporting both customer-facing and engineering teams with product prioritization and strategy to improve Omada's systems. They are experts in Omada's internal systems, guiding customers and problem-solving. Leveraging this creative vision, the team strategically enables the product and build out internal and external integration strategies at scale, working with various teams to improve Omada's systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include collaboration with commercial teams, client engagement, solution design, simplification of technical issues, cross-functional coordination, customization of product offerings, implementation support, and education of internal teams on Omada’s business systems.
