Job Description
Own and optimize app-first CRM journeys : push notifications, in-app messaging, and cross-channel flows. Partner with product and tech to implement mobile touchpoints and trigger logic within the Autohero app. Develop and execute personalized omni-channel strategies that engage, convert, and retain users. Plan and deliver CRM campaigns β supported by dedicated design, analytics, and engineering teams. Collaborate with our Marketing Intelligence team to define reporting needs and ensure you have the right insights to guide CRM strategy. Track user behavior and CRM performance metrics to test, learn, and iterate (e.g. via A/B testing, segmentation, automation). Launch and scale new messaging channels such as WhatsApp or RCS across the CRM ecosystem.
