Lead the planning, innovation, and flawless execution of Chainlink Labs events and sponsored engagements globally. Define event goals, KPIs, and success metrics in partnership with internal stakeholders. Manage timelines, drive cross-functional meetings, and keep all deliverables on track. Ensure outstanding attendee experiences through every touchpoint through signage, F&B, and experiential elements. Research and manage vendor relationships, balancing quality, cost, and compliance with procurement/finance processes. Own and track event budgets, ensuring financial discipline.
