Job Description
Seeking a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Admin to join our dynamic team and contribute to the optimization and enhancement of our Salesforce Service Cloud applications in a diverse, international environment. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud features, ensuring effective service delivery and improved customer experiences. This position involves working very close to an American client. It is extremely important to be comfortable with the English language, as the entire selection process and day-to-day activities will be 100% in English.
Responsibilities include administering and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud applications, utilizing Salesforce Flow Builder, creating reports and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing user access, and providing end-user support and training. Stay updated on Salesforce releases.
