Principal Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of eCommerce platforms and data science applications. This role will drive strategic programs that enhance the scalability, intelligence, and personalization of iHerb’s digital experiences. The ideal candidate is an expert in agile program delivery, deeply technical, and experienced in collaborating with engineering, product, data science, and business teams. You’ll be a central force ensuring that the company’s most critical technical programs deliver maximum value, on time and within scope. Lead cross-functional programs involving engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders from concept through execution and delivery. Drive program roadmaps for personalization, recommendation engines, search relevance, experimentation platforms, and eCommerce feature rollouts. Translate complex technical and business requirements into execution plans, with clear deliverables and milestones. Manage program risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs while balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
