Senior Manager, Accounting - Shared Financial Services

The Senior Accounting Manager provides strong relationship-based customer service to SFS chapters, creating service and product enhancements, and serves as a leader of both people and initiatives within the department. This role provides oversight and guidance to accounting team on financial reporting processes, including reviewing monthly financial statements, providing best practices, identifying process enhancements for SFS chapters, and supporting Chapter leadership with required financial resources. The Senior Accounting Manager works collaboratively with the SFS Director and leadership to develop and implement goals and strategies for the team. This position interacts with individuals on all levels within the enterprise. Leads and manages a team of 8–10 accountants, including 3-4 direct reports. Serves as advisor to SFS team in accounting practices and leadership development.
