UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for WinAir’s next-generation aviation management software, with a focus on both mobile and desktop web applications. This role plays a critical part in transforming complex aviation workflows into elegant, accessible, and visually cohesive solutions. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders—the UI/UX Designer ensures a consistent and optimized user experience across the platform. This position requires a hands-on designer with practical experience in user interface and user experience design. The UI/UX Designer reports directly to the Director of Software Development. Responsibilities include: leading the end-to-end UI/UX design process for mobile and desktop web applications, creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and other design tools, and conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design decisions and usability improvements.
