Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate material takeoffs from civil and landscape plan sets.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify fencing scopes.
- Mark up plans using Bluebeam for estimating and project review.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam and strong plan-reading skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Commercial fencing estimating or civil construction estimating.
- Experience with TRUE estimating software or similar platforms.
- Experience preparing RFIs and project submittals.
