Commissions Analyst (Remote)

The Commission Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate calculation of commission. This individual will work alongside the Corporate Accounting Team to ensure that employee commission plans are properly created, maintained and updated accordingly in the commission system. In addition, this position will troubleshoot exceptions in excel spreadsheets to determine where errors exist and to ensure commission payment reports are accurate and complete. In addition, the individual in this role will be charged with the creation, review, analysis and validation of monthly reports for all commissions accrued and paid. Responsibilities include updating the organization’s commission system with employee changes and commission plan changes, developing and testing new commission plans, troubleshooting issues with commission system’s personnel, ensuring accurate responses to inquiries or concerns, reviewing commission payment reports, preparing commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations.
