Job Description
The Systems Support Specialist's purpose is to assist in the development and roll-out of special reports, new systems, and the maintenance of existing systems. The Systems Support Specialist is expected to take a hands-on approach to necessary duties to accomplish objectives and facilitate the successful performance of others. The Systems Support Specialist assists with migrations, Gross Potential Rent, and month-end reporting.
The Systems Support Specialist will help resolve issues and assist employees with the property management software system, acting as the first point of contact with the support team. Essential duties include maintaining the property management software & Quickbase system, creating custom reporting, maintaining Tableau workbooks, assisting with month-end reporting, and developing & maintaining the Microsoft dynamic CRM platform. Additional responsibilities involve integrating systems into the Microsoft Flow workflow product, creating & implementing new Microsoft forms, developing & maintaining Asset power apps, and building & maintaining running reports in new Microsoft reporting platforms like PowerBI and Microsoft Reporting Services.
