Short-Form Video Creator (TikTok + Reels)

Role Overview:

• Produce high-performing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels from concept to final delivery.
• Develop native content formats including trends, POVs, product demos, testimonials, tutorials, and day-in-the-life videos.
• Maintain consistent video quality across lighting, sound, framing, captions, and pacing.

Requirements:

• Proven portfolio of TikTok and Instagram Reels content, including personal, UGC, influencer, or brand-focused work.
• Experience filming yourself on camera and editing vertical 9:16 formats with captions, transitions, and sound selection.
• Understanding of social media trends, direct-response advertising, and UGC-style marketing; remote work experience required.
