Core Responsibilities:
- Build intelligent agentic systems with autonomous agents, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop collaboration.
- Engineer enterprise RAG pipelines for semantic search, context engineering, and evidence-based responses.
- Design scalable backend services and APIs for enterprise AI workloads with security and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with distributed production systems.
- 3+ years of experience developing production AI applications beyond proof-of-concept.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend engineering, including LLMs and agentic frameworks.
