• Manage and oversee land surveying activities for energy generation and data center development projects.
• Review and interpret ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, and topographic maps to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with external survey vendors, stakeholders, and legal teams to ensure survey accuracy and compliance.

• Analyzing data from transportation studies, overseeing the forecasting of future traffic patterns, and preparing or supervising the preparation of technical reports.
