Senior Finance Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the AP and AR cycles for both US and India entities, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment runs.
• Support deal desk by reviewing order forms, setting up new customers, and maintaining the renewals calendar.
• Prepare month-end close reconciliations, accrual schedules, and investor reporting materials.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of finance and accounting operations experience for US clients or a US company, with a commerce or finance degree.
• Hands-on experience owning AP or AR for a US entity, including processing invoices and running payment cycles.
• Working knowledge of US compliance (1099s, franchise tax, sales tax) and India statutory compliance (GST, TDS).

Compensation:

• ₹15–24 LPA fixed salary, depending on experience, plus employee stock options (ESOPs).
• Remote full-time role based in India, with occasional late-evening calls with Bay Area stakeholders.
