WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL:
- You'll be the first person to own Finance Operations end to end, with direct visibility to the VP Finance.
- You set the standards, not just follow them, establishing processes that become the backbone.
- International scope from day one, building multi-entity accounting backbone.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Drive the closing calendar and hold external accounting partners accountable.
- Own legal reporting package and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Oversee AP/AR, cash management, and lead international accounting build-out.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 4–8 years experience with strong foundation in accounting or audit.
- Deep understanding of French GAAP and treasury fundamentals.
- AI centricity and excitement to automate reporting.
