Finance Manager/Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of accounting: close the month within 3 business days by booking revenue/expenses, applying inter-company transfer pricing, and performing journal entries across 15 global entities.
• Financial reporting: prepare individual income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and consolidated views for operating groups and the group as a whole.
• Tax coordination: support sales tax/VAT calculations, reporting, and filing; coordinate with external partners for year-end prep, corporate filings, and tax optimization.
• Automation: embrace technology and AI to automate manual, repetitive work and build scalable systems.
