Head of Accounting

About the Role:

• Build and lead a scalable, AI-first accounting, tax oversight, and controls function.
• Own the accounting foundations that make Finance faster, more reliable, and ready to scale across entities and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end statutory accounting and a reliable sub-5-day monthly close.
• Lead multi-entity statutory reporting, group consolidation, and tax oversight.
• Insource accounting from external bookkeeper and implement control framework.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with statutory accounting and scaling experience.
• Multi-entity international experience with VAT, transfer pricing, and group consolidation.
• AI fluency and team leadership experience.
