Responsibilities:

Drive product growth by designing new features and enhancements across multiple platforms.
Act as a strategic design lead, shaping the product vision with Product Managers and Engineers.
Create and govern design systems for consistency and scalability.

Qualifications:

4-8+ years of product design experience with a strong UX/UI portfolio and end-to-end ownership.
Proficiency in Figma and experience creating and maintaining design systems.
Strong UX/UI skills, ability to balance user needs with business goals, and experience with user research.

Compensation & Perks:

Salary range of $125,000 - $160,000 USD per year, varying by location and experience.
