Job Description
Customer Service:
Schedules patient appointments at the appropriate facility.
Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicates with referring offices and sales representatives.
Data Entry:
Collect and enter patient demographic information.
Collect and enter insurance information as needed.
Has knowledge of insurance plans.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintains designated account folders.
Adheres to departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.
