Healthcare Attorney

We are currently seeking Texas barred Healthcare Attorneys to join our team and support our clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly well-known national healthcare organization. Responsibilities: Advise clinical and operational leaders on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues affecting patient care, hospital operations, and medical staff matters. Provide guidance on and review of agreements and operational arrangements involving clinical services, physician engagement, vendors, and strategic initiatives. Partner with risk, compliance, and quality teams to support initiatives related to patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient clinical operations.
