Executive Assistant, Europe Remote

Support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), based in Europe. This is a critical role where you will provide high-touch assistance ensuring the CEO can devote their complete attention to achieving the company's mission. The ideal candidate is even-tempered, trustworthy, and highly organized and thrives in a tech remote environment. You will be successful in supporting C-level executives in a high growth environment. You are highly responsive, able to address urgent matters, and ensure the CEO's schedule runs smoothly. You operate with a high level of security and confidentiality. Possess a proactive approach to task execution and excel at anticipating future needs. Take an active role in shaping information and organizational dynamics. Have a keen eye for efficiency and process improvement. Have a proven track record of working with late-stage technology startups or established public technology companies. Demonstrate clear, direct, and empathetic communication skills, along with sharp listening abilities. Display self-directed initiative in achieving outstanding work outcomes and you are based in Europe.
