Position Overview:
- Seeking a Subcontract Specialist to support the administration and management of subcontracts and vendor agreements.
- Focused on subcontracting, vendor management, and purchasing compliance.
- Supports compliant subcontract execution and vendor management under the guidance of senior professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support subcontract and vendor agreement activities from intake through closeout.
- Review Purchase Requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Prepare and administer subcontract-related contractual artifacts.
Education, Experience & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in subcontracts, procurement, contracts administration, or a related role.
- NCMA or other acquisition-related certifications are a plus.
