The DEI & Employee Experience Team builds an inclusive, connected, and empowering culture. The DEI & Employee Engagement Team is looking for a Program Manager to drive inclusive culture strategy and initiatives across DoorDash, Wolt, and other global partner companies. This role will be responsible for launching and leading programs through process and product optimization, change management & comms, and stakeholder management. You will also provide tactical, day-to-day support for DoorDash's global slate of ERGs across companies. You will design, implement, and own equity-focused programs globally, working across the 30+ countries in which they operate. You'll develop and deliver detailed program plans, business requirement documents, change management, communication, and post-implementation analysis.
