The Role:
- The Credentialing & Payer Operations Manager owns end-to-end provider licensing and credentialing.
- This role builds foundational workflows and ensures compliance across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage provider onboarding, licensing, and doula readiness workflows.
- Track licensure, certifications, and CEU deadlines with automated reminders.
- Oversee revenue cycle management and payer relations to prevent claim denials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of healthcare credentialing and payer enrollment experience.
- Strong project management skills and experience with Medallion platform.
- Excellent communication and regulatory compliance knowledge.
