Participate in the development and implementation of brand strategy; Develop a brand activations calendar on a yearly basis; Participate in budget planning; Be involved in customer and market researches to gain relevant insights for brand building; Launch different types of campaigns that should cover the next directions: digital promotions, TVC shooting, BTL activations, offline media placement etc.; Be responsible for the 360-campaigns launch; Prepare project documentation including timing, checklist, budget; Set brand KPIs for each campaign based on its target and previous campaign analysis; Participate in brainstorms for idea development initiated by different teams; Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies and direct their work activities to generate concepts for effective execution of marketing campaigns; Provide effective cooperation with internal teams in cross-functional projects.
