AI Solution Engineer (EMEA Remote)

We are looking for talented and ambitious professionals to join our Product Security Professional Services Team and support our mission to deliver top-tier cybersecurity services and product solutions. As part of a cross-functional team, you will contribute to the integration of AI-enabled features such as developing natural language interfaces over structured databases, integrating semantic search, and building agentic pipelines that enhance cryptographic analysis. Our products operate across the spectrum of data engineering, applied AI, and cybersecurity, addressing complex challenges such as large-scale security processing and offering contextual intelligence to our customers. Your day-to-day duties will include: Designing and implementing AI-powered solutions able to query and modify large-scale databases by doing real-time annotations on them. Develop and deploy natural language interfaces over structured data (SQL, Spark, MongoDB). Integrate semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Build and maintain agentic workflows able to generate code that can be run against live databases and able to retrieve information from the Internet. Optimize and scale AI components for air-gapped, provider-agnostic environments. Contribute to model evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning efforts. Write robust unit tests and mocks to ensure reliability, reproducibility and maintainability. Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to contextualize cryptographic data using enterprise documentation.
