Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite teams to perform functional performance tests on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Provide project management and coordination to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget and schedule.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and collaborate with management to extend existing relationships.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in building systems commissioning with at least 3 years in mission critical facility.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Willingness to travel 75% or more as national level projects dictate.
