About the Role:

  • Responsible for creating and overseeing the commissioning process of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
  • Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to validate system performance and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage commissioning contract exhibits, plans, schedules, and procedures for photovoltaic, energy storage, high-voltage, SCADA, and associated infrastructure.
  • Manage on-site Commissioning Managers and vendors to lead on-site testing and verification of electrical, mechanical, and communications systems.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all commissioning activities and document results for final acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, with minimum 8 years of commissioning experience in utility-scale renewable energy.
  • Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, high-voltage systems, SCADA, and relevant standards such as NERC, NEC, and IEEE.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and commissioning software, along with excellent project management and organizational skills.
