About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and optimize performance of our energy storage and site delivery projects.
- Your primary responsibility will be to execute commercial agreements with customers and suppliers while managing internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- You will work with outside consultants, service providers, vendors, and suppliers to deliver projects with efficiency and quality.
Your Mission:
- Build and strengthen relationships with customer counterparts and key stakeholders through active engagement and timely delivery.
- Ensure project execution inclusive of safety, quality, cost, and schedule in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Direct and manage project team resources, both on-site and remote, to ensure effective execution of the project scope.
Your Background:
- 10+ years of direct experience managing EPC projects, preferably in energy storage, substations, PV, or utility-scale power projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience with BESS, energy storage, or PV projects, and proficiency in Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
