About the Role:
- Manage the delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders including owners, utilities, and subcontractors.
- Take ownership of project P&L and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee project teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and regulatory approvals for multiple projects.
- Report on project progress and maintain documentation.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in construction management and utility-scale solar projects.
- Skilled in contract negotiation, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Committed to safety and able to travel to project sites.
