What You'll Do:
- Coordinate across multiple concurrent projects by liaising with Project Managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Partner with the operations team to proactively troubleshoot issues and respond to challenges.
- Engage with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to support project planning.
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy construction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Proven ability to lead, delegate, and hold stakeholders accountable.
