WheelsOnsite USA is seeking a detail-oriented Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of mobile technicians in Arizona, responsible for outside sales to existing and new accounts, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and achieving performance goals while providing leadership and support to the team.

The Reimbursement Manager will manage and coordinate a centralized Hospital Reimbursement Specialist team, ensuring timely month-end closing and reconciliation of revenue impacting responsibilities. Responsibilities include overseeing projects to resolve Customer Denial issues, reporting on KPis, and supervising staff performance and training.

We’re looking for a dynamic and positive Operations Manager who can mentor talents, manage clients, and build strong relationships while ensuring seamless operations; manage client relationships and serve as a bridge between clients and talents; mentor and lead team members to ensure high performance; adapt quickly to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment; Upsell and expand client accounts to drive business growth.

The Operations Manager will join Woflow's fully-remote workforce and become a key part of Woflow’s global data delivery efforts, overseeing the overall end-to-end process for a specific client account and our German region ensuring all data tasks are completed quickly and effectively using Woflow’s suite of proprietary software tools.
