Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; define deliverables and ensure adherence to technical specifications and client requirements.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage stakeholder communication, and facilitate client meetings and status reviews.
  • Monitor project KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 5-10 years of project management experience in utility engineering or distribution design.
  • Proven experience managing fixed-price, unit-rate, and time-and-materials contracts; strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
  • Familiarity with distribution design practices, NESC, permitting, utility work management systems, and project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
