Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; define deliverables and ensure adherence to technical specifications and client requirements.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage stakeholder communication, and facilitate client meetings and status reviews.
Monitor project KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 5-10 years of project management experience in utility engineering or distribution design.
Proven experience managing fixed-price, unit-rate, and time-and-materials contracts; strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
Familiarity with distribution design practices, NESC, permitting, utility work management systems, and project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
