Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead UX and design efforts. As part of the collaborative team, you'll be a partner in product and engineering in defining the vision, running research, prototyping ideas, and guiding implementation. Our designers think in systems, care about outcomes, and aren’t afraid to question assumptions or help shape strategy. You will create user flows, sketches, diagrams, and high-level concepts to drive alignment with stakeholders and customers; plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data reviews; contribute to and maintain our shared Figma library; and collaborate with PMs and Directors to scope design work and shape quarterly plans.
