Occupational Therapist

Compensation and Benefits:

• Non-exempt W2 hourly position with clinical rate of $40-$54/hour.
• Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.

Schedule and Flexibility:

• Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle.
• Clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends.
• Minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week required.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement.
